]]> What a busy weekend we have all had at OrderWise moving from our old location at Mill Farm to the posh new building in Saxilby Enterprise park.
It was amazing to see the place transform from an empty shell on Friday to a fab new place of work come this morning. There were a lot of people who worked hard and who gave up their bank holiday to make sure that everything was up and running again for today.

]]> Paul and I have just been over to visit our new offices and now I can’t wait to get moved in. The amount of work that has been done in the last few weeks is almost unbelievable and it looks amazing.
The training rooms are really light and spacious and I think customers attending training are really going to appreciate the new customer lounge.

We were only really popping over for a quick look, but an hour later we were happily trying out the new sofas in the customer lounge that we had just unpacked.

Now I’m back at my desk, there is plenty of work to be done as always so i’ll keep this post short!

]]> Over time I have had several customers that have experienced issues with OrderWise going a little slow. After running over a few basic checks it was often found that the OrderWise files had not been excluded from the anti-virus. This can cause things to slow down, so we would advise our customers to add the following types to the exclusion in their anti-virus software.

  • DBF
  • DBC
  • DCT
  • DCX
  • CDX
  • FPT
  • FRX
  • FRT
