			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am just in the process of compiling my Support Team reports for our management meeting tomorrow, and so far it seems that June has been a good month with quicker call back times than the previous couple of months. We have seen both Jodie and Darren carrying out there first calls this month,  after finishing their initial OrderWise training course, and I must say they have both impressed me.</p>
<p>I am hoping next month we will equal the results of this month, though predicting what July will be like can be pretty difficult. As many people choose to take holidays in July, this can have the effect of making support quieter. On the other hand, we find those left behind often have to cover for their holidaying colleagues. This can, and often does, result in days where we see an increase in the number of calls asking for help with areas of the system they are unfamiliar with.</p>
<p>I am also looking forward to having two more new support people, Paul and Phil, in the team over the next few weeks. These extra resources will help us provide an even better service and also helping us assist our customers with the migration to version 7.</p>
