June’s Support Reports

I am just in the process of compiling my Support Team reports for our management meeting tomorrow, and so far it seems that June has been a good month with quicker call back times than the previous couple of months. We have seen both Jodie and Darren carrying out there first calls this month,  after finishing their initial OrderWise training course, and I must say they have both impressed me.I am hoping next month we will equal the results of this month, though predicting what July will be like can be pretty difficult.
