Michelle started working with us in 2003 in what was then known as the Project Management Team, initially she was our only Project Coordinator but as the company has grown she has been joined by other Coordinators, and in February 2009 her little work family grew to include our Product Trainers, as the Project Management Team became the Migration Team. Michelle's role is to work with her customers to help them prepare for training and then to look after them and provide guidance on implementing the software. Outside of work Michelle loves catching up with friends for a gossip, reading anything she can get her hands on and is currently hopelessly addicted to Big Brother 11. She describes herself as funny, occasionally witty and often more than a little strange. Michelle's favourite ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Phish Food, though this will change the second she finally finds a decent coffee flavoured ice cream!

Using Gross Prices on Price Lists

Product Edit Error – “variable ‘Z_RECNO’ not found”

I’ve never seen this error before today – I got it when editing some products.  Luckily the Development Team were on hand to help, as I was stumped: “Variable ‘Z_RECNO’ is not found. Method:  FORM1.EXCEL_IMPORT.VALUDATE_DATA_EDIT” Turns out this means that one of the cells in the stock code column was blank.  This message will appear… [Read the Rest]
