I’ve just set up a customer price list containing gross prices, which is achievable by ticking the “use gross prices” box on the Price Lists tab in Data Input / Price Lists. However, after doing so I found that OrderWise was ignoring the price list and charging my customers the RSP for the product.I have found that the problem lies in my security settings – in order for this functionality to work the “show prices inc VAT in sales / POS” setting(s) must be activated against each system user. I’ve never seen this error before today – I got it when editing some products. Luckily the Development Team were on hand to help, as I was stumped:“Variable ‘Z_RECNO’ is not found.Method: FORM1.EXCEL_IMPORT.VALUDATE_DATA_EDIT”Turns out this means that one of the cells in the stock code column was blank.
